Rob Southorn
Rob has worked with us over the last 10 yrs in the film industry where his manners and calm demeanour with the horses has been much appreciated. Rob is exceptional in training and working with heavy horses, experience he has gained from a lifetime with these magnificent animals.

John Bonello
John has an extensive 30 years of experience in training dogs, from working on set as a dog handler to International judging. His specialty is protection work and his ability to take direction on set is highly valued by Canadian Wrangler.

As a wildlife biologist, Dave’s 20 plus years of film experience helps us effectively and ethically fulfil production’s requirements. He also runs an educational program which focuses on the promotion and welfare of reptiles.

Ruth LEBARGE
Ruth is a highly renowned North American wildlife trainer with over 50 years experience of training animals for the film industry. Her specialities are bears, porcupines, skunks and fox.

Daniele Pichette
Highly experienced dog trick trainer. Her Jack Russell, “Ace of Spade” recently starred in the up and coming movie“ My Spy” with Dave Bautista

Marlene Woodley

Marlene is a very experienced horsewoman who enjoys all disciplines. She brings to our team a strong work ethic, exacting standards of care and a dedication to all of the animals on set.

Michelle Whitehead
Michelle has been training horses for most of her adult life. She specialises in dressage and her horses have all successfully competed in this discipline at National level.

Cassie Levy
Cassie is an animal trainer with over 15 years of experience in the film industry. She has worked with many different animals, including training Rottweiler dogs in obedience and agility, which is reflected in their comfortable and calm demeanour on set.

Laura McArthur

Riding since the age of 9, Laura has extensive experience with horses, including multiple circuit and show ring championships and several breeding accolades including World Champion Breeder. Laura is a proud ambassador for the protection and rehabilitation of neglected and abused animals and is the founder of “Silver Willow Rescue”, whom we are proud to support

CJ Lusby
CJ has worked in the film and commercial industry for over 35 years, predominantly as a stunt / actor performer. She has been working with Canadian Wrangler for over 15 years with a variety of domestic and exotic animals.

Brian Roworth
Brian has over 45 years of experience in the horse industry as a ranch horse clinician, judge and farrier. He has been an ACTRA member and animal wrangler for 25 years

Curtis Parker

Our son Curtis was born into the industry. Working on Billy Madison at age of 5, he is a great compliment to our team with his diversification of stunts, wrangling and training .
